Candidacy for Doctorate and Post Doctorate Scholarships at the Edmond J. Safra Center
The Edmond J. Safra Brain Research Center for the Study of Learning Disabilities was established in 2008 and is an innovative center that integrates research in the fields of brain, education and learning disabilities.
The participating researchers in the Center come from the fields of psychology, neuropsychology, brain research, medicine and computer science.
We are currently focusing our long-term research on Hebrew and Arabic, where we follow children’s progress from kindergarten through elementary school. The research is designed to examine the complex links between reading development, calculation, administrative function and feelings, and the role of parents in the educational system.
Within the framework of this long-term research, the Center is offering six doctorate and 2 post-doctorate scholarships for the upcoming academic year, 2022-2023. These scholarships will be awarded on the basis of excellence and interest.
