Teachers and Teaching

To facilitate our teacher and teaching research, we focus on the decision-making processes of teachers regarding their students and the teaching process. Particularly, we study student–teacher relationships and the impact on the teaching and student achievements, teachers’ sense of self-efficacy, satisfaction. Through research on the mentioned topics, we develop assessment tools, intervention programs, and professional development training for teachers.
